Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor or In-charge to lead and manage the efficient operations of our fast-paced hypermarket warehouse in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products, including fresh produce, frozen goods, and non-perishables.Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar software.Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and spoilage while maximizing profitability.Warehouse Operations:Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including pickers, packers, and drivers.Plan and optimize warehouse layout and workflow to ensure efficient product flow and maximize space utilization.Coordinate with transportation providers for timely and cost-effective deliveries to branches.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.Quality Control:Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product integrity and freshness.Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, and address any issues promptly.Manage product recalls and returns effectively.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse costs.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.*Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or In-charge in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a hypermarket setting.Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
