Night Manager, Front Office

The Night Manager is responsible for leading the overnight Front Office operations and ensuring consistent, luxury service is provided to Raffles Al areen palace guests at every interaction point. The Night Manager will be the decision maker during the night and will be critical to the management of incidents and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a night shift capacity.
• Relevant industry study Post graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Valid First aid certificate
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and front office systems.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 
• Full drivers licence essential
