SALES EXECUTIVE BUILDING MATERIAL

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets
• • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry
• • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• • Provide expert product knowledge and technical specifications to clients
• • Create detailed quotations and proposals for building material projects
• • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profit margins
• • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• • Maintain accurate sales records and forecast reports in CRM system
• • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products
• • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations when required

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• • Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in building materials or construction industry
• • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• • Experience with construction project bidding processes
• • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
