Are you ready to take on the role of a Business Analyst - Lead Consultant  in Bahrain for a client that is one of the most prestigious organizations in the country, managing vast financial?

As a Business Analyst - Lead Consultant, you will:

• Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead backlog prioritization and refinement, working closely with product owners and developers to ensure optimal planning.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, software engineer or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Proven experience in software development lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
