Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced yet hands-on digital marketeer to lead our social media presence across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat and develop Botanica's digital marketing output. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment and is passionate about creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will be the driving force behind our digital marketing, managing everything from content creation to digital advertising, with the flexibility to work autonomously and creatively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in hospitality industry, and a general affinity for food & beverage, restaurant, bar & nightlife brands.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with a successful track record on these platforms.
• Appropriate proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing your time effectively in an unstructured environment.
• Willingness to be on-site at the venue five nights a week, and an appetite to intensively engage with the brand during the first 3-6 months to build understanding.
• Genuine passion for social media, with a keen eye for viral content and trends.
