JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving and Inspection:Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  2. Verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
  3. Unpack, label, and store materials in designated locations.
  4. Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
  5. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  6. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.



SKILLS

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Prefer Oracle
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
