JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection:Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
- Unpack, label, and store materials in designated locations.
- Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
SKILLS
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Prefer Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
