How Job Search Works?

Corporates and recruitment companies can sign up with Wazifu.com. Once the sign up request is approved from our side recruiters will get opportunity to use many benefits.

Post Vacancies

• Once the Employer (recruiter) account is approved, you can post your job openings by clicking on “Post Job”.
• Based on the post duration and the date of publish the job opening will be published and available
• Job seekers will see the job opening posted on Wazifu.com and job seeker can apply directly from their account.
• If Employer (recruiter) wishes post the opening as confidential company, you can select the option.

Handle applications

After job opening is posted in Wazifu.com, registered job seekers have the opportunity to apply for the vacancies. Employer (recruiter) can manage the applications through their portal for smooth shortlisting process.

Recruitment

Once the CV shortlist is done, Employer (recruiter) can conduct the recruitment process one to one directly.
