• Support the onboarding and mobilization of the O&M organization, including outstanding policies, procedures and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal functions including Project Delivery, Finance, Legal, HSE and other technical teams.
• Work closely with operating companies, project partners, contractors and other external stakeholders.
• Provide clear reporting, analysis and recommendations to support management and shareholder decision-making
These areas closely reflect the formal Asset Manager mandate, which includes business planning, financial analysis, construction-to-operations transition, contract oversight, monthly operational/financial reviews and risk management.

• Ability to interpret financial models and understand their relationship to cash flow, budgets and financial performance
• Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Developer, owner or shareholder-side experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Gas-fired/conventional power experience is strongly preferred; relevant experience across other generation technologies may also be considered
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
