Infrastructure Integration Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking an infrastructure integration specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will design, implement, and integrate enterprise infrastructure solutions, lead migration initiatives, and ensure seamless collaboration across technical teams. You will leverage your expertise in Linux environments, Red Hat technologies, and high-level design to drive mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-level infrastructure integration solutions

• Lead and execute Linux-based system migrations and upgrades

• Create and maintain high-level design (HLD) documentation for infrastructure projects

• Install, configure, and administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers

• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure end-to-end integration

• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrated systems

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure integration

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration

• Proficiency in Linux system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

• Experience leading large-scale migration projects

• Ability to develop and interpret high-level design (HLD) documents

• Solid understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent certification

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
