Functioning in a fast-paced setting, the role connects internal HR operations with official regulatory agencies to maintain strict legal and administrative alignment. Key responsibilities include managing government portal operations with complete data accuracy, guaranteeing on-time visa/residency processing with zero compliance fines, and safeguarding employee record integrity across all internal systems.As a Jr. HR Generalist to take direct ownership of core on-boarding, off-boarding, and government portal operations, accelerating your career through hands-on compliance experience and direct contribution to Kuwaitization goals.Objectives: To learn about the Company & how to work efficiently, to increase productivity, through improved time management and streamlined workflows.Drive department onboarding operations across local, Kuwaiti, overseas, and service provider hires, streamlining workflows to ensure seamless, on-time deployment without regulatory penalties.Own and streamline the employee offboarding process for departing local and overseas staff while maintaining strict complianceMaster and operate all operational software portals, ERP systems, and external statutory platforms to ensure error-free administrative processing.Manage statutory reporting, employee requests, and compliance activities efficiently.Align with company growth, Kuwaitization goals, and active team collaboration.
