City Stay Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with property owners and prospective clients.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, professional, target-oriented, and passionate about building a successful career in Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
* Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental requirements.
* Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
* Source new property listings and maintain an updated database.
* Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions.
* Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client activities in the CRM.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, available properties, and current developments.
* Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies and procedures.

Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Skills
We’re Looking For:

* Previous UAE real estate sales experience is preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident and professional personality
* Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market
* Strong sales and customer-service skills
* Ability to generate leads and make regular follow-up calls
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good English communication skills
* Basic computer and CRM skills
* UAE driving license and own car is an advantage
