The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, completed University Degree, and energetic.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.Maintain accurate records of interactions using the company’s CRM system.Requirements:Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Previous experience in a call center is required.Must be excellent is MS Excel, and typing speed of 70 WPM.Must have a valid visa (family/spouse/sponsorship) – No visa sponsorship provided.
