About the role
You will be responsible to support the continuous improvement and transformation process within the organization by identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement, and developing and implementing improvement initiatives that deliver business outcomes. Utilize various methods of performance measurement, data analysis, root cause problem-solving, and process improvement techniques to identify and implement changes that reduce cost and improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
