JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

You will be responsible to support the continuous improvement and transformation process within the organization by identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement, and developing and implementing improvement initiatives that deliver business outcomes. Utilize various methods of performance measurement, data analysis, root cause problem-solving, and process improvement techniques to identify and implement changes that reduce cost and improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives assigned in a specific department portfolio



SKILLS

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience of developing detailed performance reporting, visual management, executive dashboards and insight based analytics
  • Strong problem investigation skillset supported by extensive experience in process root cause and cause/effect analysis and solution development/deployment
  • Able to identify and make process improvement recommendations and plan for execution and implementation of new processes.
  • Data analysis interpretation and evaluation of reports
  • Proven experience in process optimization / transformation in order to increase process efficiency, reduce time-to-market & support scalability
  • First class stakeholder management, collaboration and team working 

Preferred

  • Experience with automated data analytics and Tableau
  • Experience in process engineering or Lean Six Sigma
  • Strategic or Aviation consultancy experience
