• Must have experience in PDH, Utility & PP Plant as Supervisor/Lead.
• Handle all types of mechanical works involved in corrective, preventive, turnaround, and emergency maintenance.
• Interpret designs, drawings, and operations and maintenance manuals for locating and diagnosing trouble in mechanical equipment, components, and systems.
• Coordinate and allocate work to trade employees as per Advanced Co. job scope/supervisor direction.
• Strong supervisory background and practical experience in Millwright, Stationary Equipment, and Rotating Equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures, decide corrective actions, discuss with technical support engineers, and supervise repair procedures.
• Arrange tools, equipment, and technicians for jobs, plan and execute tasks, supervise technicians, and report/document equipment history and manpower consumption for each job.
