DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Data Analyst to be a part of our client's health care team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a knack for identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Medi tech ) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) preferred. Proven experience with RCM systems, EHR integration, and data analytics. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage complex IT projects.
