Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the company, including diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain, upgrade, and install hardware and software as required.
- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills for both wireless and/or data networks (LAN/WAN), including network cabling and setup.
- Possess knowledge of Install & Configure – (AD, DNS, DHCP on Server).
- Familiarize yourself with SAN and NAS technologies.
- Have a strong understanding of operating systems, including Windows Server, VMware, Windows HyperV, Veeam, and Acronis.
- Implement and configure firewalls, such as Fortinet, SonicWALL, Sophos UTMs, and firewalls with security policies.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
