Job Description

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of inventory

- Manage and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and onboarding

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability

- Conduct regular audits of inventory and prepare reports on stock levels and discrepancies

- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow and efficiency

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Address any operational issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
