About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for entering and updating accurate data into our systems to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and updated records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare and generate reports based on entered data.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
SKILLS
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
