We are seeking to recruit a qualified Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the reception area and performing admin-related activities such as clerical tasks and supporting employees, families, parents, students, and management in day-to-day admin-related activities to start immediately!

Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English.
- Arabic speaker is an advantage.
- Day to day reception responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a school as a receptionist would be preferred.
- Confident when greeting VIP guests and employees.
- Must be positive and enthusiastic.
- Must be well presented.
- Know how to use excel, word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent in Customer Service.
