Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support team members with various administrative needs.



SKILLS

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
