We are looking for Business Development Specialist – Construction Industry
Available in UAE and can join Immediately,
Qualification:
- • Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the construction industry.
- Identify potential clients, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- • Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- • Sales & Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
- • Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, operations, and marketing) to align efforts with business objectives.
- • Networking & Brand Development:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, such as architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
- • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market share.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development activities and progress toward goals.
SKILLS
Preferred Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project cycles, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with government contracts or large-scale commercial projects.
- Existing network of industry contacts, including developers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and market dynamics.
