JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

This role will be heavily geared towards identifying new business opportunities across the Middle East and emerging markets, devising successful sales strategies to target and capture business through both new and existing customers. A high level of business best practices across the region will be required to build long term trusted relationships and an appropriate network of contacts to help further develop the outsourcing business. This role will generate revenue by winning new business in the UAE and the wider GSS in line with the regional sales strategy. Whilst having autonomy for developing a robust pipeline and closing new business, the role will be supported by a close-knit team and will be able to leverage off an incredible existing client base.


SKILLS

About you


The ideal candidate will be Degree educated with at least 4 years commercial experience focussed on sales within recruitment, events or similar transferable sales role, ideally with an international background and experience in the Middle East. The ability to analyse data and situations, providing challenge and recommendations to identify optimum solutions that bring value to clients and to the wider business.

This role requires someone has excellent influencing and negotiating skills who is target driven and has the desire to learn and develop not only themselves but the wider business. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English are essential as is the ability to adhere to processes and systems that support new business and client service delivery.
