JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into systems
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data
- Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or data issues
- Perform routine data audits to ensure the integrity of information
- Follow established procedures for data entry and management to maintain consistency
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and document preparation
SKILLS
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems - Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry techniques
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and address data-related issues
