Customer Technical support is responsible for after sales technical support, prepare presales value proposition for the sales team, by keeping continuous contact with the customers Core duty is done to ensure the proper functioning of all vehicles tracking systems
SKILLS
Required Qualification:
- UAE driver’s license, Bachelor in electronics or Information Technologies
Skills Required:
- Native Arabic speaking and UAE Driving License is a MUST
- Excellent skills on below:
- Communication and Interpersonal
- MS Office suite
- Coordination, scheduling, and organizing activities.
- Quick learner, and ability to transfer knowledge
- prioritize and work around deadlines
