JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The role will be required to complete administrative tasks set out by the professional services team, and senior management, within the Dubai Office. The Operations Assistant will assist in collation and analysis, preparing reports and presentations. This role will handle correspondence for Senior Management, to improve communications across the teams and assist with coordination of feedback from reports. Other responsibilities will include filing, scanning, and amending documents. Organising, scheduling and coordination of meetings for senior management, as well as assisting with internal activities/events.

About You


To be considered for this role, the suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience, working within the UAE. It is essential that the applicant has experience working within professional services, financial services or other corporate working environments. It will be an advantage if the candidate has general knowledge of the industry and market trends.

The applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, preferably with western qualifications. The ideal candidate should be positive and proactive with a friendly approach, a strong team player yet self-sufficient and the ability to work effectively, meeting deadlines and able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. To apply for this role, the successful candidate must have excellent IT Skills, competent in using Windows Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
