Key Responsibilities:
· Technical Support: Assist the sales team with technical aspects of telecom/industrial test & measurement equipment and Fiber Optic related tools and equipment, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing customer queries.
· Proposal Development: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation, ensuring that all client needs and technical specifications are met.
· Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements, offering solutions and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related discipline).
· 3–5 years of experience in sales support within the Telecom/Industrial Test & Measurement Equipment industry.
· Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement equipment used in telecom or industrial applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to interpret technical data and specifications to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in RF (Radio Frequency) testing or network analysis equipment.
· Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in telecom or industrial sectors.
