JOB OBJECTIVE:

• The Security Officer will be in charge of the security for Thales activities in Saudi Arabia (Civil & Defence), with a possibility of an extension of his objective later on to Central Asia countries.
• He/she will be the security advisor to the Country Directors and projects managers.
• He/she will assure that Security process complies with Thales Group procedures and Policies, including necessary reviews and approvals.
• He/she will put in place a continuous improvement process to ensure the Group’s methodology and way of working are efficient and in line with the best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum 2-4 years of professional experience and/or involvement in Security management and/or defense topics.
• An experience in a security position in an international environment.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
• Experience in multicultural environments, especially in ME Region.
• A professional experience in a Defense, and/or high-tech environment is not mandatory but would be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree = Bachelor
• Proficiency with computer applications MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Other specific security certification could be an advantage (ASIS, etc.).
• Saudi national.
