JOB DESCRIPTION

OPERATION CONSULTANT

Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing restaurant operations to achieve maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a strategic partner to restaurant managers and franchisees, ensuring that all operations align with industry standards, policies, and brand expectations.


Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support, coaching, and feedback to restaurant teams.

Team Development:

  • Collaborate with restaurant managers and franchisees to develop strong leadership pipelines through training and mentorship programs.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement development plans for team members to ensure high performance and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning among restaurant staff.

Financial Performance:

  • Analyze financial reports to assess performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, and cost control.
  • Advise franchisees and managers on strategies to achieve or exceed financial targets.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure restaurants adhere to local labor laws, food safety regulations, and operational policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring a secure and hazard-free environment for employees and customers.

Customer Experience:

  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring restaurants deliver consistent, high-quality service and products.
  • Monitor customer feedback and develop initiatives to address service-related challenges.
  • Advocate for innovation to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Business Growth:

  • Collaborate with franchisees on business development strategies to grow market share and improve competitive positioning.
  • Support new store openings by providing operational guidance and staff training.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives.



SKILLS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations or multi-unit management.

  • Knowledge of industry systems, standards, and processes is highly desirable.
