We are seeking to recruit a qualified Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the reception area and performing admin-related activities such as clerical tasks and supporting employees, families, parents, students, and management in day-to-day admin-related activities to start immediately!

Qualifications

  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage.
  • Day to day reception responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a school as a receptionist would be preferred.
  • Confident when greeting VIP guests and employees.
  • Must be positive and enthusiastic.
  • Must be well presented.
  • Know how to use excel, word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in Customer Service.
