Key Responsibilities:

• Handle voice calls professionally and engage with clients to address inquiries.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Promote AND Auto Care’s premium services and convert queries into appointments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and retention.
• Achieve set targets for client acquisition and retention to qualify for incentives.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
