• Set up sales department KPIs

• Communicate with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

• Monitor and report on KPIs regularly

• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

• Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have any graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require sales consultant, business consultant, dubai, pricing, sales, monitor, industry, product, service, upsell, target, process, property, social media mandatory skills.
