Job Specs:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in tendering, including cost estimation, compliance with standards, breakdown preparations, and value engineering.
• Proven experience with tendering for projects of major clients or companies funded by PIF, such as SIO, Aramco, Red Sea, Ma’aden, and SWCC.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects and wet utilities (e.g., water, sewage, stormwater systems).
• Expertise in preparing and reviewing tender documents, including direct and indirect costs.
• Proficient in tendering software and Microsoft Office.

Salary Benefits:

• Local candidate with Transferable Iqama : SAR 7,500 to 9,000 As Basic

• HRA: 25% of basic salary
• TA: 10% of basic salary
