Job Description:

Contracts Manager to be assigned at the Project based in Saudi Arabia will be responsible for the overall corporate contract management related issues of the Project, a comprehensive scope of responsibilities, covering the entire spectrum of contract management, claim management, contract administration and compliance in align with the requirements of the Client and Tekfen (Company).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering (Master’s degree on contracts management is preferred) /
• Other majors may be considered provided that contract administration experience in construction industry is proven Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts administration in construction industry (previous experience on claim management, dispute resolution etc. preferred)
• Knowledge of international contract legislation and regulations, experience in FIDIC type of contracts is preferred, Management roles in large complex infrastructure projects, EPC projects and Turnkey projects, Very good command of English, International experience is preferred, Very good command of MS Office applications, Detail and quality-oriented nature, Strong team player and good coordination skills for different disciplines, Coherent with technology, Effective communication and negotiation skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
