As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR operations in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the HR Director and other senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
•  Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
