Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources for daily activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Supervise students during breaks, field trips, or other activities.
• Provide feedback to the teacher about students’ progress and challenges.
• Promote positive behavior and a respectful classroom culture.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in education or childcare are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions.
