JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
As Human Resources Manager (Remuneration) you will plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. You will ensure that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
SKILLS
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- A degree or honours in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities) and 8+ years in a compensation and benefits role
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering remuneration programmes
- Experience working in a global, complex organisation
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Experience with unionised environment and talent mobility
- Knowledge of local and international regulations and compliance requirement related to employee compensation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
