Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and have relevant experience in manpower operations, workforce management, and client coordination.Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in manpower operations, workforce coordination, staff deployment, client relationship management and attendance monitoring.Good computer skills, including maintaining operational records and preparing reports.Ability to manage manpower across multiple sites and resolve day-to-day operational challenges effectively.
