Job description

An Agricultural Engineer (or Agronomist) applies modern science and technology to optimize crop production and improve plant quality while sustainably managing natural resources such as soil and water. Key responsibilities include overseeing planting and irrigation, managing pest and disease control, and enhancing production methods across farms and greenhouses Project Planning: Define goals, scope, timeline, and budget. Task Allocation: Assign responsibilities and manage team execution. Resource Management: Track expenses and allocate human/material assets. Progress Tracking: Monitor schedule, milestones, and deliverable quality. Risk Control: Identify potential issues and prepare mitigation plans. Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate status updates to clients and leadership. Project Closure: Deliver final outcomes and review lessons learned.
