WE ARE HIRING – USED CAR SALESPERSON & CAR PURCHASER

Company: HJ Car Buyers

Locations: Dubai & Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Salary based on experience + Attractive Commission

HJ Car Buyers is expanding and looking for experienced automotive professionals to join our Dubai and Sharjah branches.

We are currently hiring for:

1. USED CAR SALESPERSON

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and sales leads

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales

• Present vehicles, specifications, features, and pricing

• Negotiate effectively and close deals

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Maintain good knowledge of available stock and UAE market prices

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous used-car sales experience is mandatory

• Good knowledge of the UAE used-car market

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage

• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated

• UAE driving licence is preferred

2. CAR PURCHASER

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase used vehicles at competitive prices

• Deal directly with car traders, dealers, and individual sellers

• Evaluate vehicles based on condition, specifications, market demand, and resale potential

• Negotiate purchase prices and close profitable deals

• Monitor UAE used-car market prices and trends

• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and suppliers

• Achieve monthly purchasing targets

Requirements:

• Previous UAE used-car purchasing experience is mandatory

• Strong connections with car traders and dealers are highly preferred

• Excellent knowledge of the UAE used-car market

• Strong negotiation and vehicle valuation skills

• Ability to identify profitable purchasing opportunities

• English is mandatory

• UAE driving licence is preferred

• Target-driven and results-oriented
