Business Operations Manager – Floral / Flower Industry

Job description

Oversee the daily operations of Perfect Flowers and ensure smooth and efficient business activities.Manage and coordinate sales, florists, delivery, procurement, and support teams.Monitor sales performance, operational targets, costs, and overall business efficiency.Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement, stock levels, and inventory.Ensure timely preparation and delivery of flower arrangements and customer orders.Handle key customer accounts, corporate clients, and business inquiries when required.Coordinate with management on business plans, promotions, events, and new opportunities.Monitor staff performance, schedules, attendance, and operational requirements.Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. 5+ years of experience in business operations or a similar managerial role.Experience in the floral, retail, events, hospitality, or related industry is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of sales, inventory, procurement, and customer service operations.Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong commercial awareness with a focus on business growth and profitability.Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.UAE experience is preferred.Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.
