Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.Manage a team of support staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Coordinate logistics for camp supplies, including food, equipment, and maintenance materials, to ensure timely availability.Develop and implement camp policies and procedures, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all personnel. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.Experience in the oil and gas or construction industry is highly desirable, providing insight into camp operations in remote locations.Certifications in first aid, CPR, and safety management are essential to ensure a safe camp environment.
