Job Description

OurShopee is looking for an experienced Catalogue & Master Data Manager to oversee and optimize its UAE product catalogue. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in e-commerce, product information management, and master data governance who are passionate about delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, maintaining high-quality product data, and collaborating with multiple business teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and commercially optimized catalogue information across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete SKU lifecycle, including creation, quality control, enrichment, publishing, out-of-stock management, discontinuation, and delisting.
• Maintain accurate product data, taxonomy, attributes, pricing, images, and English/Arabic catalogue content.
• Ensure catalogue accuracy, completeness, consistency, and SKU uniqueness across all product listings.
• Manage outsourced catalogue and content agencies while monitoring service levels and productivity.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, SEO, and Technology teams to maintain catalogue excellence.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor catalogue quality, publishing SLAs, Arabic content, and product availability.
• Establish and maintain strong master data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, PIM, master data, or retail operations.
• Experience handling large SKU volumes within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, PIM, CMS, and marketplace platforms.
• Excellent understanding of product taxonomy, attributes, and SKU lifecycle management.
• Experience managing catalogue or content agencies.
• UAE e-commerce or retail industry experience is preferred.
• Arabic content management experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Product Information Management (PIM) and master data governance.
• ERP, CMS, and marketplace platforms.
• Product taxonomy, SKU lifecycle, and catalogue management.
• Microsoft Excel, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
• Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
