Position Title: Country Ops Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary (USD): up to 2,500 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Damascus, Syria

About the Client:
A leading GCC fashion & lifestyle group with outlets in Syria, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s fashion.

Job Description:
§ Lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of all fashion retail stores in Syria, ensuring achievement of sales brand standards.
§ Drive store KPIs including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, staff productivity, inventory performance and operating costs,
§ Lead and develop Store Managers and frontline retail teams for operational productivity.
§ Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, VM, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain while managing inventory, budgets, profitability and regular reporting to Group Management.

Qualifications:
§ Open to male Syrian candidates aged 48 years and below.
§ Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Women’s Fashion, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail, including at least 5 years in a management role.
§ Experience with premium or well-established Women’s Fashion brands is required.
§ Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, with strong leadership experience managing a minimum of 8 stores.
