Position Title: Country Ops Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary (USD): up to 2,500 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Damascus, Syria

About the Client:
A leading GCC fashion & lifestyle group with outlets in Syria, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s fashion.

Job Description:
Lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of all fashion retail stores in Syria, ensuring achievement of sales brand standards.
Drive store KPIs including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, staff productivity, inventory performance and operating costs,
Lead and develop Store Managers and frontline retail teams for operational productivity.
Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, VM, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain while managing inventory, budgets, profitability and regular reporting to Group Management.

Qualifications:
Open to male Syrian candidates aged 48 years and below.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Women’s Fashion, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail, including at least 5 years in a management role.
Experience with premium or well-established Women’s Fashion brands is required.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, with strong leadership experience managing a minimum of 8 stores.
