Job Responsibilities 1. ROLE PURPOSE The Creative Project Lead is responsible for personally handling the complete creative and client-facing process of assigned projects from brief to completion. This is a hands-on role. The Creative Project Lead is expected to personally develop, prepare, present, revise, and finalize the required work. The role includes: Understanding the project brief Developing creative ideas Conducting creative research Developing creative concepts Creating presentations Preparing visual references Presenting work to the client Receiving and implementing client feedback Revising creative work Preparing client deliverables Ensuring all client deliverables are completed and submitted as required Managing project follow-up Ensuring final work meets CS standards 2. CLIENT MANAGEMENT The Creative Project Lead acts as the main point of contact for the client when required. Responsibilities: Attend client meetings whenever required. Understand the client's objectives, requirements, expectations, and priorities. Ask questions and clarify the brief directly with the client. Maintain professional communication with the client. Receive and understand client feedback and requirements. Document important client decisions and approvals. Follow up with the client when clarification or approval is required. 3. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & PRESENTATION The Creative Project Lead is responsible for personally creating the complete creative work and presentation. Responsibilities: Study and understand the brief. Develop the creative concept personally. Develop the main idea, message, storytelling, and execution approach. Develop alternative creative ideas when required. Conduct research relevant to the project. Search for trends, references, visual styles, examples, and inspiration. Select appropriate references for the creative direction. Develop the creative rationale. Write the required creative content. Build the complete presentation. Structure the presentation according to CS standards. Prepare the presentation layout and content. Select and place relevant visual references. Ensure the presentation communicates the creative story clearly. Prepare all required supporting material. Review and proofread the complete presentation. Make corrections and improvements personally. Prepare revised versions based on feedback. Ensure the final presentation is complete and client-ready. 4. CLIENT PRESENTATION & FEEDBACK The Creative Project Lead is responsible for personally presenting the developed work to the client. Before the meeting Review the complete presentation. Ensure all information is accurate and complete. Ensure the creative direction is clear. Prepare the required talking points and explanations. Anticipate possible client questions. Ensure the presentation is ready for discussion. During the meeting Present the creative idea professionally. Explain the concept, rationale, storytelling, and execution. Answer client questions where appropriate. Understand client reactions and comments. Record required changes and decisions. After the meeting Review the received feedback personally. Determine the required creative changes. Revise the work and presentation personally. Prepare the updated version. Present the revised work again when required. 5. CLIENT DELIVERABLES The Creative Project Lead is responsible for preparing and completing all assigned client deliverables related to the project. Responsibilities: Understand the required deliverables and submission requirements. Prepare the required client-facing materials. Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and professionally presented. Ensure deliverables follow CS standards. Check all content, visuals, formats, and required specifications before submission. Incorporate approved client feedback into the final deliverables. Ensure deliverables are ready within the agreed timeline. Submit or present the final deliverables to the client as required. Maintain the latest approved versions of all client deliverables. 6. PROJECT FOLLOW-UP The Creative Project Lead is responsible for personally following the progress of the assigned project. Responsibilities: Maintain an understanding of the complete project scope. Track important deadlines and milestones. Keep track of pending client decisions and approvals. Follow up on required information. Identify delays, gaps, or risks. Ensure the project continues moving forward. Maintain the latest version of all relevant creative materials. Keep project information organized and up to date. Escalate major issues when necessary. 7. INTERNAL COORDINATION & SUPPORT Coordinate with relevant team members when additional support is required for the project. Clearly communicate the required information, references, and direction for any supporting task. Follow up on supporting tasks assigned to other team members. Review the completed supporting work and incorporate it into the project where required. Ensure all supporting work is aligned with the overall creative direction and project requirements. 8. QUALITY CHECK All work must go through an internal quality check before being presented or submitted to the client. The Creative Project Lead is responsible for personally reviewing and correcting the work before client presentation or submission. 9. ACCOUNTABILITY The Creative Project Lead is fully accountable for the creative development, client communication, presentations, client deliverables, revisions, quality check, and follow-up of assigned projects. The Creative Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that the assigned project is professionally developed, completed, and delivered according to the agreed requirements, timelines, and Creative Soul standards.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oman
