JOB VACANCY – FACILITIES CONTROL CENTRE (FCC) ROOM OPERATOR

Job Title: Facilities Control Centre (FCC) Room Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Location: Doha, Qatar

• Salary: 3000 QAR

• Working hours: 26 working days, 9 hours duty

• Visa should be transferable.

• Accommodation, transportation and uniforms are all provided by the company.

• Minimum contract duration: 2 years

• Preferably fluent in English and Arabic.

We are seeking a responsible and alert FCC Room Operator to monitor and operate building facilities and technical systems from the Facilities Control Centre. The operator will monitor alarms, equipment status, operational parameters, and facility conditions, coordinate maintenance teams, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate operational records.

The FCC Room Operator will serve as a central point of communication between the control room, maintenance technicians, supervisors, security, emergency response teams, contractors, and facility management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, MEP, Facilities Management, or equivalent is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in control room, facilities operations, BMS, MEP operations, or facility maintenance.

• Experience with BMS/IBMS, SCADA, or facility monitoring systems is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building management systems.

• Good computer skills and ability to operate monitoring and work-order systems.

• Ability to understand alarms, equipment status, trends, and operational parameters.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm during emergencies.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
