Company: Shaw Advisory LLC FZLocation: Dubai, UAEPosition: Female Tele caller / Tele sales Executive – UK MarketSalary: AED 4,000–4500 per monthEmployment Type: Full-Time, Office-BasedJob OverviewShaw Advisory LLC FZ is looking for a confident, professional, and experienced Female Tele caller / Tele sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls on behalf of the company, speaking with prospective clients, introducing our services, identifying potential opportunities, generating qualified leads, and arranging follow-ups or appointments for the relevant team.As the role involves communicating with prospects in the UK market, the candidate must have excellent spoken English, strong telephone communication skills, and a good understanding of how to professionally communicate with UK customers and businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.Communicate professionally with prospects in the UK market.Introduce Shaw Advisory's services clearly and confidently.Identify customer requirements and potential business opportunities.Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.Ask relevant qualifying questions to determine the prospect's level of interest.Handle initial objections professionally and confidently.Build rapport with prospective customers.Arrange appointments, meetings, or follow-up calls for interested prospects.Follow up with prospects who previously expressed interest.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM.Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Follow company-provided call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.Provide regular reports on calls made, prospects contacted, qualified leads, appointments, and outcomes.Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate preferred for this role.Excellent spoken and written English.Strong, clear, and professional telephone communication skills.Previous experience in tele calling, tele sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service is required.Experience communicating with UK customers or the UK market is highly preferred.Good understanding of professional UK business communication.Confident making outbound and cold calls.Ability to communicate naturally rather than simply reading from a script.Strong listening and questioning skills.Comfortable handling objections and rejection.Target-driven and motivated to achieve calling and lead-generation KPIs.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.Must be professional, punctual, organized, and reliable.Must be comfortable working from our office in Dubai.Must have own valid UAE visa.Salary & BenefitsSalary: AED 4,000–4500 per month, depending on experience and communication skills.Candidates with strong UK tele sales, cold-calling, lead-generation, or appointment-setting experience will be given preference.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in roles such as:Tele caller | Tele sales Executive | Cold Caller | Lead Generation Executive | Appointment Setter | Sales Executive | Business Development Executive | Customer Service ExecutiveThe ideal candidate will be confident speaking with UK prospects, able to build rapport quickly, understand customer requirements, overcome initial objections, and convert conversations into qualified business opportunities.If you have strong English communication skills, proven telephone experience, knowledge of the UK market, and enjoy speaking with prospective customers, we would like to hear from you.
