Job description

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch.Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to guarantee all furniture meets high-standard specifications and customer expectations.Develop and manage production schedules, optimizing resource allocation to meet deadlines and minimize waste.Lead and motivate a diverse factory workforce, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in furniture manufacturing or a related high-volume production environment.Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
