Head of Soft Services (Facility Management) – FM Service Provider – Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a Head of Soft Services (Facility Management) for a Dubai-based integrated facilities management and contracting company serving across the UAE.

The Head of Soft Services to lead and oversee large-scale soft services operations for a major facilities management service provider in the UAE. This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing high-volume service delivery, workforce operations, client relationships, operational performance, and commercial outcomes across multiple contracts and sites. Candidates must have proven experience managing a large soft-services workforce.
• Arabic speaker is considered as an advantage
• Senior Soft Services / Cleaning / FM professional
• Strong service-provider background
• Demonstrated management of 400+ soft-services workforce
• Large workforce management experience strongly preferred
• Strong cleaning operations background
• UAE experience preferred; GCC-based candidates with previous UAE experience also considered
• Strong leadership, communication and client-management skills
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance service quality, workforce requirements and contract profitability
