Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.Meet and exceed assigned monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups.Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.Support the creation and posting of job advertisements and engaging recruitment content.Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities and operational requirements.Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
